To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, open the app and go to More > Subscriptions. You can also manage your plan directly through your Google Play account.If you signed up via the GreenNotes website:

Billing Data
You can export all billing information into a handy Excel format for your billing team by going to REPORTS > Report Option in the app and selecting Export Billing Report
User Account Management
You can update your User Details in-app by going to MORE > My AccountShould wish to delete your account or practice information within the GreenNotes EMR product, please contact GreenNotes Support. All user generated data with exception to analytics can be requested for deletion.

We’ve outlined the next steps to help you understand what to expect and how to get started with GreenNotes:If your subscription doesn't include a GreenNotes device
Simply download the app on your Android smartphone, sign up using the same email you used during purchase, and start your GreenNotes journey!For users whose subscription includes a device
1. Please keep an eye out for an email containing a contract. You’ll need to review and sign this agreement before we can proceed with arranging your device delivery.
2. To ensure consistent connectivity access on your new device, we recommend getting a SIM card (nano sim) if Wi-Fi connectivity is uncertain in your area.
3. Our devices come preloaded with mobile device management (MDM) software that we manage.
